It’s really difficult relating to this particular lecture and other subsequent lectures… One cannot actually practice it with phone ,we only watch and learn ??..

the uptrend and down trend buying and selling explanation is confusing, it would be better if u can explain again
Before I talk about the trend, first undertand that until you know the trend of the market you are not parmitted to trade, it’s a major rule in forex trading, so therefore if you realise the trend is going up you are to look only for buy setups, while if you notice the trend of the market is going down then you should as a matter of concern look for only sell setups. Notem never buy in a sell market and never sell in a buy market, although this rule is with exception. When we talk about an uptrending market, we talk about the market making series of Higher Highs(HH)from Higher lows(HL) so the market create the structure called uptrend, meaning it’s going to the upside, so be. While for a downtrending market, the market creates series of Lower highs(LH) and Lower lows(LL) so the market creates a trend going to the downside.. so in a buy trend you enter the market at the Higher Low..(HL) and then target the next Higher high(Hh) while on a sell trend you should look to enter on tht Lower Highs(LH) to Target the next Lower low( LL) that’s how to trade the trend.
