Blank space means your graphic card is too low to run the software properly. you need a directX 12 compatible graphics card. If you are using a desktop, you can upgrade your graphic card to a higher one. For laptops, you need a more powerful one.
This is because your laptop’s graphic card is low and it does not meet the specified required to run cinema 4d. You need a computer that can handle intense graphics to use the software.
This means that you graphic card is not supported by the software. The work around is to disable the graphics card in device manager anytime you want to run cinema 4d. right click on graphics adapter in device manager and disable. then run cinema 4d to see if the airport show. remember to enable the graphics card after u finish using cinema 4d.
1. Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key (“Run”).
2. Type devmgmt.msc.
3. Click OK .
4. look for Display adaptors and click the drop down arrow beside it. It will show your graphics card.
5. if you have 2 cards listed, right click on the Intel one and choose disable.
6. If you have only one card listed, right click on it and choose disable.
7. Run cinema 4d after doing that and see if your viewport is working.
yes because you have to enable the graphic card back again so that other software on you laptop can use it when you are not using cinema 4d. Disable it anytime you want to use cinema 4d.
