But I have a question please. This zoho, do customers use them too? How do you get them to send your issues via zoho, I’m a bit confused
Hi, recall that in the video there is a customized mail which i mentioned is the support mail which is Zoho customized. You can let your customers know so that they can send mails(tickets) to you. However, i also mentioned that if you want your mail customized with your company or organization’s name, you can contact zoho help center to put you through it.

Phone call example:
