The IF function wasn’t used for Grade F because all the values from the highest to 50 will fall into either A,B,C,D,E. Meaning which ever doesn’t fall into the above certainly will be less than 50 else let it b F.

My question is why did you not choose the cells that you already typed the Grades and comments (ie the A, B, Excellent, Distinction) but instead decided to type them in the formular?
Hello dear, where I type the grades and comment are for teaching and illustration purpose. Ideally it’s not suppose to be on the sheet.
Hence the typing.
Also, if you chose to pick it from the typed cells, when someone mistakenly delete it, it will affect the formulas and the entire Analysis.

It’s possible.
But you will have to sort the column of Total(100) from Highest to Lowest, by so doing the column of position will be sorted 1st, 2nd, 3rd,…
I will suggest that you make this data set available for us to practice along with you explanation . this will enable us to work on our own even after watching the video. please look into this
