Hi, everyone, I experimented with something and saw that if you insert a sheet between the sheets you have consolidated using 3dsum, it’s updates the totals on the consolidated sheet
Wonderful. Please, with the consolidation, the three examples you used have the same range. Can it work if one of the sheets differ from the others in terms of range
Hello sir. I have a problem with the static allsame consolidation. I used 3 sheets just like you used in the video, but my result was showing the first month twice. I mean it added up just the first month (January) on the both sheet, then it left the month on the third sheet alone. Please how do i go about it?
Thank you very much, my great instructor. My question on “Static All Same Cons”:
In a situation where the number of Sales Agent is more than the Month i.e. rows is more the the columns, what formula can we make use? Thank you once again, I’m really enjoying the lectures.
Good morning, I want to know if Static consolidation will work in a sheet when the sales agents numbers are scattered
for instance, let’s say sheet one has (agent 1, agent 2, agent 3)
but in sheet 2, sales agent 2 is the first line i.e (agent 2, agent 1, agent 3)
then, sheet 3 (agent 3, agent 1, agent 2)
Thanks for your question.
Both Static and Link Same consolidation will work BUT the result (answer) will be WRONG due to the disarrangement of the Agents.
It’s not sensitive enough to match the Agents correctly when they are mixed up.
very informative session i must confess. however, i am using Microsoft office 365 and i am not seeing consolidate button under data tab. can you kindly advice? thanks
