For Example, after selecting Top 10 or average percentage, Do we have to count the cells selected manually or is there a ribbon button to figure out the total number of such command? Thank you!

sir please can we use conditional formatting to compare numbers in column or row like say if the number in the column is greater than the other number do this or that just like the if and else statement in programming
I understand your question. Conditional formatting is just for a column or row. It can’t be used for comparison just like the If statements.
